Returns + Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Bonét et Bonét gladly accepts returns. Please provide us with the original invoice and include it in the return package.. Please keep your postage receipt as proof of the package sent. Items lost in transit will not be compensated. Bonét et Bonét does not cover return expenses.
Returns that do not meet our Return Policy (see below) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
At Bonét et Bonét we provide the service of exchanging items to a different size, color, etc.(we do not refound money) See the Return Policy section below for additional information on requirements for returned goods.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered or washed. Items should be returned with all Bonét et Bonét and original designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

You will be notified by e-mail, once your return has been received and processed. To ensure your return is covered by our complimentary returns policy, please return unwanted items from the same country they were delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned and exchanged items back to Bonét et Bonét. Items lost in transit will not be compensated.
We prefer that international orders will be returned to us via FedEx DHL or UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means.
All products are covered by The Danish law on Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to file a claim on an item. As a customer you can complain about defects that occur within 24 months after purchase. However, if defects or imperfections are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance or common daily use and tear, your right to complain lapses.
