Shipping + Handling
When placeing an order with Bonét et Bonét, you will after the transaction is completed, receive an email confirming the registration of your order. However this is not your order confirmation.
Bonét et Bonét uses GLS domestically, to other EU countries and countries outside the EU.
All shipments are sent as an insured package.
Your order will be dispactched within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order.
If Your order is placed Friday after 1:00PM, it will be shipped the following Monday.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail including a Track & Trace indification code for you to track your order during transit at www.gls.dk.
If the parcel content damaged during transit you must report this to GLS immidiately. Latest two days prior recived the goods, & return it to us.
Goods sent to other EU countries and countries outside EU will also be sent by GLS. All shipments are sent as an insured package, which means that the package connot be sent as a gift to non-EU countries as an attempt to evade local Taxes and duties.
Neither do they deliver to a P.O. Box.
Regular services within Europe is approximately 4-5 business days.

Domestical buyerswill get Free shipping when purchasing for 2000 DKK or more. ( Does not apply if your order contains SALE items)
International buyers get Free shipping when purchasing for 3000 DKK or more.( Does not apply if your order contains SALE items).
Bonét et Bonét cannot be held responsible for damaged goods during transit. We strive to pack our shipment very Carefully so this should not occur. Either Bonét et Bonét cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit.
